The bar is back!

After a long hiatus, the bar at Tanguay-Magill is back! Stop by and have a drink with us Tuesday-Sunday. You might even catch a little karaoke! There is no set schedule on when karaoke will return to the bar at this time. However, it might pop up here and there! You’ll have to swing by the bar to check it out.

Hours of Operation:

Tuesday-Thursday: 2 p.m.-Bartender’s Discretion
Friday-Sunday: Noon-Bartender’s Discretion

Oct. 30: Flag Ceremony at Enfield Street Cemetery

Twice a year (May and November), members of the Post gather to honor our deceased veterans. Together, we place American flags to mark the graves of those we lost over the years.

Interested in lending a helping hand? Join us on Oct. 30 at 9:30 a.m. at the Enfield Street Cemetery.

Nov. 7: Enfield Veteran’s Day Parade

Grab your lawn chairs and head down to Rt. 5 for the annual Enfield Veteran’s Day Parade! The parade kicks off at 1 p.m. and ends with a small ceremony at Town Hall. The American Legion Legionnaires and Auxiliary will be walking the parade route. Feel free to give us a shout!

Nov. 13: Marine Corps Breakfast

On Nov. 10, the Marine Corps will celebrate their 245th birthday! In honor of this momentous occasion, the Post is hosting their annual Marine Corps Breakfast on Nov. 13 at 9:30 a.m.-noon. Please consider bringing a new, unwrapped toy for our Toys for Tots drive.

Admission is $20 and tickets can be purchased at the bar. Make sure to get your tickets early – the last day to purchase is Nov. 6. All of the proceeds from this event will be donated to Toys for Tots.

Nov. 14: Fall Craft Fair

Tanguay-Magill American Legion Auxiliary (ALA) will host the Fall Craft Fair on Nov. 14 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. in the upper hall. The event will feature vendors, crafters, and raffle prizes.

Admission into the event is free and the proceeds will support the ALA’s work with veterans, their families, and the community.
